Remarks

For admissions, the eligibility is 10+2 and the application forms were provided online on the MSU website. And entrance exams were taken online cuz of COVID. Also while applying they ask if your family is familiar with the fieldwork thing cuz in this course mostly marks are based on fieldwork.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course as in peer pressure but now it's fun! And the faculty is located in Fatehgunj opposite the post office! and we got near 60 students in the class. Teaching methods are great except few fieldwork coordinators who are actually external faculty. And in this course we get 5 years, in which if a person leaves after 1 year, them gets Certificate of SW, after 2 years, diploma degree, 3 years, bachelors, 5 years masters; whereas if you want to do masters separately you'll have to study 6 years in total.

Internships Opportunities

We mostly get placements in NGOs like some sort of renowned foundation like faith foundation, helping hands foundation, red tape foundation, etc. All you gotta do is social work in the field of online mostly surveys and stuff.

Placement Experience

As in fieldwork the college allotts everyone to some NGO in the first year itself and the percentage of getting placement is 100% highest package IDK but the minimum package one gets is 1.3 lakh per year job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for this course is 27500 per semester that is 55000 per year that is 55000*5years 275000 overall for the course and please review this website and make minimum characters 100 from 200, please do it rn.

Campus Life

The annual fest is called canvas which is always organized by the first year students to build a base for their experience, we got a separate library on the campus itself and the yearly subscription for that costs 50/- but we got a lot of books.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are pretty great like for boys' these hostel is best rosary school and for girls near family science faculty and if you want then you can stay on PG which is a better option and for some reason we got the worst batch of all time as in immature kids is in our batch.

Full of Opportunities and Vibey College Life

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are available after 1st year and it depends on the faculty you choose. For big companies such Tata, microsoft, google, etc. placement rate is 98 percent at Parul University. My plan after graduation is to work in an NGO.

Placement Experience:

Placement is better than online and Cluj. 17-24 lakhs it goes and 90-95% are placed. As such I have no plans after graduation, after 8 semesters you can get PPOs, 11-12 companies visited campus this semester.

Admission in this Gujarat's top university is through two exams one is GUJCET and other is via JEE MAINS as per engineering is concerned. Also it's one of the best university you can get into. to take entry in this course one must have average score in main 3 subjects of science, maths and english. if he or she is from diploma than he or she must have cgpa more than 8. for entering this university one should pass the entrance exam called NATA .
