IT Everywhere But Not Better Than IMS

The eligibility criteria in terms of taking admission in IMS Ghaziabad UC Campus, the candidate must have minimum 55% in his/her 10+2. After that, the candidates goes through a PI round conducted by the admission commitee of the college. The admission cell then sort the candidates and the selected participants gets the admission.

I chose BCA due to my curiosity in knowing how a set of human written code make technology does things that even its creator cannot. And, choosing BCA at IMSUC is in one the best decisions that I have made throughout my life. The faculty here is well qualified, knowledgeable, friendly, cooperative, understanding and ready to help in any way possible. The course curriculum is up to the mark and the college also provides a free specialization diploma course in the second year which makes us students industry ready. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty and one need to gain minimum 300 out of 600 over all marks to pass.

Companies such as TCL, Wipro, Flipkart, Amazon, etc comes to the campus and offers internship opportunity to the students of BCA department. The roles these companies offers are Data Scientists, Data Analytics, Software Engineer, Graphic Designer, Cybersecurity Analyst and much more with a stipend over 10,000rs.

The college provides 100% placement assistance. Many reputed companies such as Sony, Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys, Deloitte and much more comes to the campus for the placement and internship opportunity. The highest package offered was 13 LPA and the average offered was 6-7 LPA. Over 85% of the students gets placed and other choose to go for the higher education.

The fee per year for BCA program at IMSUC is Rs.1,35,000. The institute also provides scholarship opportunities to its students of the first year who have more than 60% in their 10+2. In addition, the institute also provides govt. scholarship opportunity every year to its student who are financially weak.

The college has fully air-conditioned campus with Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms have all the basic facilities such as Whiteboard, Projector, Tables and Chairs for the students to study and hone their skills academically. The institute has more than 30 student driven clubs like Cultural Club, Web App Club, Theater Club, etc. to help developing their students in their particular interest and enhance their personality by regularly participating in events and workshops. The crowd at IMSUC is very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful.

After filling the admission form provided by the admission committee to the candidate with the minimum percentage of 55% in his/her class 10+2, the candidate goes through a personal interview round. In PI, the interviewer asks basic and easy questions such as: Why do you want to take admission in IMSUC, Why do you want to pursue this course, How will you contribute for the college apart from being academically good. The candidate can easily pass through the interview just by being confident and honest while answering the questions.
