To be eligible for M.tech one should have passed B.tech with minimum 50% or 45% for SC category students. If you fulfill the above criteria next step is to apply for TS-PGECET entrance test when the application dates are released it will be in May mostly. The application fee is Rupees 1000 for general and Rupees 500 for SC/ST. You can apply it online on the official website pgecet.tsche.ac.in .As I am from SC caste I got reservation on admission.no need of improvements admission process is good.

The course curriculum is of Two years with 2 semesters each year. M.tech is a very good course if you want to increase your knowledge in technology even more. I chose this course because I am very interested in Computer Technology and I think there is no other course like M.tech which has every concept in detail. The faculty at deccan is excellent in teaching. They have many years of experience. The lecturers use easy methods to teach so that concepts can be remembered. The mid term exams were in November and march every year.

The fees for the course in Computer Science is 69000 Rs per year but may vary for other branches. There are also some other fees 5500 Rs you have to pay for library and lab equipments which are mandatory. As I am from SC category I applied for a government scholarship and didn't had to pay any fee. You can check the eligibility on TS scholarship website of college. No financial assistance is provided by college. Also there are no jobs available on the campus premises.

The student life at Deccan is amazing There are a lot of students from different communities and places. The campus is very big with many facilities like football ground and cricket ground there is also indoor games available. The library is nice all the books are available. Everybody is very friendly. The classrooms are large and projectors are used to teach. Lot of sports tournaments are held in the college. Our college also has a social group which helps poor students. The annual fest is very exciting many special guests attend it.
