Remarks

Organisational leadership in UG level focuses on the effective leaders. They set strategic goals for the organization and motivate employees to successfully carry out the assignments. UG students need 12 pass marksheet and they have to be interested to learn the skill of promoting the growth and profit of an organization.

Course Curriculum Overview

The major area of specialisations equips experienced team leaders and aspiring executives with the skill, strategy and tools. It motivates individual with the assignments that can be carried out to the group successfully. Faculty deal with both human psychology as well as expert tactics.

Students are eligible for campus placement with the average package of Rs 5 lacs. Average 78% students get placement from the university. The highest package rises upto Rs 10 lacs per annum. Students who get 60% in their respective subjects will get a good job in good companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Jagananna Vidya Scheme and Vasthi Devana scheme are the two scholarships available in the campus. The institute allots Rs 37,000 per year for this. Krishna University gives support to the loan facilities with less or below Rs 50,000 salary income (family) students.

Campus Life

Students help each other with very much sincerity. Notable alumni persons visit the campus for hearty interaction with the students. Canteen, common room etc are the common hangout places for the students.

Review of My college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit my college including Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Quaxy and many more. Number of offers made are above 500. Highest package in 2024 was 40 lpa and average package was 5 lpa. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed. I'll go with placement after my degree.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements based on thier performance and cgpa or else they must be placed after four semesters in b. Tech. Many companies like Tesla, Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, .. visit the college annually. Average package is of 8lakh per annum and the highest package is 60lpa. 80 percent of the students get placed at the end of the semester. My plans after the degree is to get a good job offering me a minimum 40lpa and after the will establish my own company in the market.

Placement Experience:

Placements were definitely not subdued as top companies in real estate and Infrastructure building. Both private and government companies and one major company that has started coming from our passout year is Mazgaon Dock. I wish I could make it there but atleast 14 student of our batch were placed there.

Before applying to Krishna University for My BA political science, I Explored Several other colleges based on my requirements and some of other universities that i considered were Acharya Nagarjuna University which is close to my home and i didn't go there as i need a change over in my environment, Andhra University i didn't mee the required percentile as it was quite high and Osmania University which is in other state. The college i choose was comparatively better In terms of Budget Friendly, Traditional syllabus, Faculty expertise and location is very near to my place. The Admission is straightforward marit based and the Eligibility is 12th pass from a recognized board, The application can be submitted through online via university portal. The merit list and Cutoff will be revised every year and Mostky depends upon 12th Marks. Document Verification and fee payments can be done after Selection....Read More
