Remarks

The college is preceded by a great reputation of placements and academics. Not only this, the Computer Science department of this college boasts of excellent facilities, and the faculty itself is highly experienced.

Course Curriculum Overview

Much like the entire education system in India, the curriculum here too is kind of outdated. But, the teaching staff and the faculty members still do their best to impart as much knowledge as they can.

SRM holds 2 major festivals, a technical festival, Aarush, and a cultural festival, Milan. Both of these are quite big, with participants crossing the 10K mark. Other than these, every department holds their own fests, which are all studded with events.

One of the southern indian most famous chemical company is there in our circle and other chemicals companies are there. other then this reason I like the chemistry subject and exciting to learn. In our chemistry department teacher give good preparation for the semester exams. My point of view the exams are easy to write excepting only few subjects.

Suppose if you didn't place on any companies college will provide you a great working opportunity in academic campus that is great average package in this college placement is a three lpa that's more enough for an bachelor student but the higher package of this college in arts and science is 15 to 20 for engineering is 58 this is the highest package in Coimbatore

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
