Remarks

The admission is through NMAT. One has to give this exam and based on the sectional and overall cutoff one gets a call for an interview. Each branch/campus of NMIMS has its own cutoff. The process was simple.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is diverse and challenging. It requires multidisciplinary knowledge and analytical skills. The faculty is excellent at NMIMS. Each one of them are mostly position holders from the corporate world.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 650000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college requires a compulsory summer internship as part of the curriculum. Companies like Jubilant visit the campus for summer placements. Profiles included are sales and marketing, finance majorly.

Placement Experience

The campus placements are very good. The average is 18 lakhs and highest package goes up to 24 lakhs. Campus placements depend on the company visiting the campus as well on the caliber of the student. 100% placements are achieved.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees totals to 22 lakhs for two years. It includes tuition fees and the campus maintenance fees. There is no scholarship opportunity as per my knowledge. The financial assistance is through loans and there is no campus job available due to the pandemic.

Campus Life

Sadly, due to the pandemic I personally have not visited the campus but from what I have heard it is pretty good. There is a very nice library, sports and extra curricular activities. There are a lot of clubs and committees in the college where one can enjoy the xo and extra curriculars activities.

Interview Experience

Yes, Group Discussion and interview was done for the selection process after the NMAT exam. The topics of GD are usually current affairs like farm bills and environment. At times, technical too. A lot of work ex related questions are asked in the PIs, if you have work experience.

The college provide some extra certificates like Excel or others which not value for money and also taeches foreign language but not single student can speak after the degree. And also not any facilities can speak german language

Placement Experience:

Currently I am in first year so I have not been placed as of yet but the placemnets for our seniors is on going which is the first batch of MBA HCM and hence I would not be able to reveal the cokmpanies. The few summer internship companies though were Apollo, Nanavati, BMJ etc.

The NMAT test can be taken up to three times each year, with the best of the three results counting. Any bachelor or above Pharma/Biotech graduate with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for the program provided they clear the cut off of the NMAT examination. On the official website of NMIMS, the application form can be found along with important dates. A certain amount of cost is required to be submitted (last year it was 2500/-). To be qualified for the course, you needed a three- or four-year bachelor's degree. On their official website, the NMAT and NMIMS application forms were available. Reservations were not rewarded in any way, and work-ex was not necessary, but it did add value to personal interviews.
