Remarks

The first step is registering for NMAT by GMAC. Use the registration ID to register on NMIMS's website. You have to have a 50% mark minimum in your UG to be eligible. Follow all steps given on the official site and you will not face any major problems.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is very comprehensive and full of robust courses. There are 60-65 students per teacher. The faculty guides are very helpful, qualified and experienced. They teach through the case study method, which clarifies concepts, well. The end term exams happen online and without any problems. The difficulty level is above average.

Internships Opportunities

The college also guarantees 100% placement for SIP's. The internship is for April and May. The highest stipend is Rs 3 lakhs and the average stipend is Rs 1.75 lakhs-2 lakhs. The placement committee helps you with it by conducting pre placements seminars, guest sessions, interview preparation process, etc.

The college provides 100% placements. The highest CTC is Rs 35 lakhs per annum, approx and the average package is Rs 22 lakhs approx. BFSI, IT, Pharma, Ed tech, FMCG, are the top companies from where firms come.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is Rs 11,00,000 per year which is quite high. However, compared to other competitors like KJ Somaiya, Symbiosis University, NMIMS Mumbai, TISS, and some baby IIM's, the average placement package is much better, thus ensuring a good ROI and making your investment, worth it.

There are around 15-20 major clubs, cells and committees. They conduct fests, events and competitions throughout the year which keeps the students engaged. Dance club, fashion club, music society, photography club along with Economics cell, HR cell, Marketing club, Finance club, along with events cell, alumni relations club and placement cell, are examples.

Interview Experience

The WAT PI round happens on one day itself. The WAT topics are based on GK and Current affairs. Follow the daily business updates and political news for that, and you should not face any difficulty. PI questions are about your CV points, your educational background and some GK questions. Overall it's not a very difficult process.

The college provide some extra certificates like Excel or others which not value for money and also taeches foreign language but not single student can speak after the degree. And also not any facilities can speak german language

It's well structured but there are areas that could be enhanced to better prepare students for the real world. Currently I am in first year so I have not been placed as of yet but the placemnets for our seniors is on going which is the first batch of MBA HCM and hence I would not be able to reveal the cokmpanies. The few summer internship companies though were Apollo, Nanavati, BMJ etc.

The NMAT test can be taken up to three times each year, with the best of the three results counting. Any bachelor or above Pharma/Biotech graduate with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for the program provided they clear the cut off of the NMAT examination. On the official website of NMIMS, the application form can be found along with important dates. A certain amount of cost is required to be submitted (last year it was 2500/-). To be qualified for the course, you needed a three- or four-year bachelor's degree. On their official website, the NMAT and NMIMS application forms were available. Reservations were not rewarded in any way, and work-ex was not necessary, but it did add value to personal interviews.
