Remarks

Highly recommended for higer studies in Tamilnadu. Got through TANCET marks and counseling. Placements and good and more lab facilities available. Best professor in Tamilnadu. APJ Abdul Kalam's college and they still strive hard to maintain it. I joined the college on the month of December 2020

Course Curriculum Overview

As I studied E&I in my BE, I opted instrumentation in higher studies. Now we are studying completely online due to the covid situation but the faculties try hard to provide us better knowledge. We have been scheduled to attend lab in college for around one week with high safety precautions. Best level faculties are here

Internships Opportunities

Business Intelligence Intern @ NEC Business Incubator. There we made data analytic platform with latest web technologies. I have been trained with both front end and backend tools with asp.net and mysql. Also html, css, js, bootstrap have been used.

Placement Experience

According to placements, our college provides best campus on drives. Highest package of around 15LpA and average package of 4LpA is provided in our college placements. My college provide more than 80% placements to the students overall

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees was 25k per semester. That means for ME it is 2Lakhs for the course to complete. My college also provide scholarship for Gate scholars and also for marks above 95% in UG coursee. They almost provide 80% successful placements

Campus Life

Due to covid, I have not enjoyed most of the infrastructure. But overall everything is good and well maintained. Library was awesome. We engage on social clubs on various like yoga, blood donation, arts and so on

Hostel Facilities

Hostel and Mess are the best part in my college. We cleaned and maintained rooms. Very comfortable. Will accomodate two per room. But comfortable and tidy. Mess food is awesome and the quality is fabulous

Admission

No I have applied through counselling with TANCET marks. I don't take part in interviews. Maybe others maybe interviewed with the interest in the field. I am pursuing higher education, so i have not been interviewed

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

Placement Experience:

There is many opportunities given by the collage placement they give training. For placenta and they have some fees structure for placement and that I have paid 2 times 12500 for placement training there are no of opportunities and many companies give good offers for students.

Getting into my college days again

Social work department is always different from others. We have too many conferences, different types of sessions which is relevant and useful for our career, guest lectures and so on. Aspects Of College

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are very good. The studentrs are given oppertuties and are given chances for comapnies such as amazon, Wipro, JP morgan and such that have a great CTC and a large number of other companies including startups are also available. If the student is interested in entrepernership then the startup cell funds for the ideas of students. There is a seperate higher studies cell for students who want to pursue their higher studies and are given guidance to what steps are to be taken by educational fairs and such

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

I chose this college mainly for placement reason.Also this is one of the best college in tamilnadu.The admission process is quite less compared to other colleges.
