Remarks

The fee structure of this college is comparative lower than other and my cousin brother also graduate from this college and he mentioned that the quality of the teacher is really good and also the teachers are very supportive in nature which is really true. The second reason is that I can't afford colleges which are at other cities so I want college in near my home town because other colleges are too expensive. I also went to the MIET, I can get admission in that college also but the fees of MIET is more than double in compare to Dewan.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is very horrible. It really needs to change. There is no programming language taught at college except C language. We studied very old principles and models which is not even exist now a day. The college should teach new programming language and must include other cource like cyber security and other all amazing stuff. The college is only focuses on completion 9f the syllabus. Mayank Mittal Sir is really very good teacher. The way he teaches is very impressive and understanding. If you focuses on his lectures then there is no need to learn the subject.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't opted any internship yet.

Placement Experience

4.5

In this matter college is very helpful. They provide all the details regarding to the company and also notify every company which is provided by the Aktu itself. The size of student is small so it is easy to manage. My brother got placement by the college in 360 degree company. So this is good.

College Events

4

I must say this college really focuses on extracurricular activities. My senior organized robo war and robo racing competition. In this any college can participate and my team won that price in robo war. There are lots of activities held in which many students takes part into it.

Fees and Financial Aid

College does not provide any help in this matter but UP government gave scholarships which anyone can be applied for.

Campus Life

I hardly play any sports in the college because as I said college only focuses on completion of cources. My college has wifi but only gives 20mb to use. This is really a joke on wifi. So we have to use our use mobile data pack. Size of the library is small and they have only old books. Equipment in labs are OK ok. They systems are not as fast.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution itself claims that the B.Tech programme is designed to “develop the technical skills of aspirants” and emphasises modern tools and technologies. Some students say particular specialisations (e.g., CSE with AI/ML) are particularly “industry-ready”. The curriculum covers foundational engineering courses (physics, mathematics, basic engineering) in the early years and then branch-specific specialisations later. That breadth is good. Some student reviews point out that while the curriculum is generally relevant, it may lag in keeping up with the latest technology trends. For example:

Placement Experience:

Lucknow University does not have very strong campus placements for B.Sc students, as most companies prefer professional or technical courses like B.Tech or MBA. However, a few job fairs and placement drives are organized where companies from education, sales, and basic research roles visit. The placement opportunities usually start after the 5th semester. The average package offered is quite low compared to other professional colleges, and only a small percentage of students get placed through campus. Most B.Sc students prefer to go for higher studies like M.Sc, B.Ed or prepare for competitive exams such as SSC, Bank, UPSC, State PCS, etc.

Highest package offered was 10lpa. And average package ranges from 2.5lpa to 3lpa Very few studenst get campus placement. I plan to pursue MCA from germany after completing BCA from this university
