Remarks

With this particular course and institution, you get the better of two industries and markets with an option to make a career in either. The learning happens to a large extent outside of the classroom through a diverse pool of students coming from a variety of backgrounds.

Entrance Preview

Components of the Interview round: – On the spot essay – Ashoka Aptitude Test – Interview And finally Shortlisted applicants are informed.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Some of the subjects are Basic Microscopy & Instrumentation, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Introduction to Computer. In view of the increasing demand for training manpower in the area of Molecular Biology, Genetic Medicine and Biotechnology, it was consensus that this course should be broad based and should be able to give a good insight into modern biology and important component of hands-on training.

Internships Opportunities

We get a very good industry exposure where we practically learn new things. We use smartboards, smartbooks and digital classrooms for completing our work. The corporate interface is very strong here with a host of guest lectures and interactions happening. It is an institution largely driven by its students who are free to explore.

Placement Experience

4.5

Many national companies are approaching our college to recruit the students, and an effective placement training program is given by the college to the students to develop their skills. This helps the students to develop their skills and also to get placed in any of the reputed companies.

College Events

3.5

It is good in conducting events. There are activities happening round the clock which keeps you on your toes and prepares you to face the rigor of the world outside. Sports facilities are also very good. Having badminton, tennis, squash, volleyball, cricket, football, table tennis etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is a little high but it is worth it. It counts out to be 5,60,000 in approximation that has to be paid annually. Apart from this if you require the hostel service you need to pay 1,60,000 for the hostel service and 35,000 for the food(mess).

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are offered by the institute as they have a really big amount of fees charged by them so to compensate they offer scholarships. Loans are not provided through college you have to take a little pain for that

Campus Life

4.5

The overall campus facilities is good. 1. The campus has Wi-Fi facility with good internet speed. 2. The classrooms are air conditioned with proper lighting and sitting arrangements. 3. Library of CPIMR is pretty well spread and you can find any book reference book related to your subjects, 4. The college has basic medical facilities. 5. Soccer ground, Gymnasium and indoor games arrangements are available.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The university dining mess along with six other eating joints on campus provides students with a wonderful option of cuisines to choose fromA dedicated free of cost and timely shuttle service is available to all students, staff and visitors – to and from the Jahangirpuri Metro Station and Ashoka University Campus. This transport facility safely and comfortably connects the students with Delhi, giving them access to the city’s rich culture and heritage.

Alumni/Alumna

I met one of the alumni at the alumni meet and seniors are superb as they became friends with us and we all used to hang out together but once they left the college we were so depressed as we shared a bond with them.

Exam Structure

Pathetic structure of exams, we got the previous year question papers and turns out to be a total waste as they set a totally different pattern every five years and we were the unlucky ones.

Faculty

4

In my college, the faculty members are very good because all the faculty members are mostly PhD-qualified, so it is beneficial for the students. The faculty members' style of teaching is excellent, and we are having communication classes which are an advantage to the people who are not having the communication skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I enjoyed physics and maths as a school student so chose BSc course including the studies of all three- Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The modern physics part and the practical aspect of mathematics intrigued me. Though the curriculum of maths wasn't that comprehensive and was majorly all theory based. Maths syllabus can be enhanced by practical applications of examples rather than just be all about the theorems. The teaching method was good. The frequency of maths exam was 3 per semester, with three full books syllabus to be covered for each exam with mostly theory.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i talk about my couse then i study in bsc (medical) which is a good course, we studies botany, zoology, chemistry, physics also we are nep student so we study more subject. By studying bsc we came to know my real life experiment like knowing about species, real life incidents etc. I suggest my teaching staff that they have to focus more in practical classes not on theory classes because students are more interested in them.
