NMIMS- BBA Program review

I applied here through NMIMS's official website. The process was online and it cost me an amount of Rs.1800. The admission was given based on my previous academics along with NPAT scores. I live in Mumbai and this was the only university I was able to get admission in. It's MBA program ranked 13 all over India by NIRF and it's overall ranking was 24, which was pretty impressive. Also, it is one of the leading B-Schools in the country and provides excellent placement and internship opportunities under reputed companies.

Through the curriculum, I was able develop into a well-rounded students with ethical, entrepreneurial, innovative, productive leadership skills. My program of 3-years offered us with consistent academic quality, research focus, faculty from top national and global institutes and strong industry linkages. Our department had over 17000 students with about 750 full-time faculty members, 10 faculty members with Fulbright Scholarship and Humboldt International Scholarship for post-doctoral researchers are part of India's most sought after academic community.

For my program, the placement drive was held at the end of the program and the drive was attended by some of the top recruiters including ICICI Bank, Honeywell, Wipro, L&T Infotech, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Capgemini, Aditya Birla Capital, HDFC bank, Maruti Suzuki, Cognizant, Deloitte, Max Life Insurance, IBM, OYO, AVIVA India, etc. A total of 166 companies visited our campus. The average package we received by them was of 17.60 lakhs and the highest went as high as 34.10 lakhs. My university has maintained an outstanding placement record over the years.

I paid a sum of 2.77 lakhs in each year of my course and the overall fee for the course was approximately 8.30 lakhs. Some of my batchmates were also offered financial assistance by the college as they had weak financial backgrounds. Along with that, we also had the option of applying for loans to pay the fees.

Our college infrastructure was amazing as compared to other universities at the same level. We were provided with ample resources in labs to conduct practical's are made available, fully air-conditioned classrooms, whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The college had exposure to a lot of clubs and fests, but it's on an individual that how much time are we capable of investing. The teachers were also very helpful and knowledgeable, most of them held Ph.D. holders. They encouraged us to go and participate in extracurriculars as well as take up projects to enhance our skills.
