Remarks
I took the NMAT and scored 240, which was way above the cut off that year which was 220. This was for MBA core, HR and Pharma have lower cut offs, however, the exams remain the same. The application form is available on the official NMIMS website, there is an application fee ranging from 2000-3000 INR. During my time, 2 attempts could be made, however now only one attempt is allowed as far as I remember, do confirm once. There are no reservation benefits which is the best part as the process is fair and square. The admission process is pretty smooth and easy and the exams are also systematic and if you prepare well you will easily crack it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very systematic and faculty members who teach them are stalwarts as well. They are experts from that field and some are also currently working in the same field in the industry. The faculty to student ratio is 1:6 which is damn good. Most of the faculty members hold a doctorate and almost all hold an MBA from top notch colleges like NMIMS and IIMs. All the exams were extremely timely and moderately difficult to pass.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees seem to be pretty stable for the past few years. Top MBA colleges do have fees in this range only so one has to be well prepared for it, student loans are made available and college provides a leeway of instalments. However, no financial aid was given as far as I know. College does provide excellently, paid summer internships and final placement assistance. It has a record of a 100% placement guarantee.
Campus Life
Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we were not able to fully enjoy life at college, however, some time that was spent was absolutely worth it. The infrastructure is classy and the ambience is excellent. There are several annual fests like Euphoria, Nepathya Week etc. which are conducted between January to March every year. The library is well equipped and classrooms are at the state of the art level. There are various clubs in the college that are meant for sports and extracurricular activities. The college also has amenities like playrooms including table tennis, carrom, pool etc. Cells/Clubs: Nepathya, Tejomaya, Trebblmakers, Zephyr etc.
