Course Curriculum Overview

MBA in HR from NMIMS Mumbai is amongst the top 10 in India. The institute is prestigious and offers great placements. The faculty-student ratio is also quite decent at around 1:60. The faculty guides are very professional and capable in their field. All are well-experienced and teach in case study methods, which clarifies concepts much better.

Internships Opportunities

The SIP's start from April and go for 2 months till May end. The SIP placement drive starts in September and goes on till December. These too, are 100% guaranteed. The average stipend is Rs 1 lakhs and Highest is rs 2 lakhs (for 2 months, each). The best companies come here.

Placement Experience

100% placements are guaranteed to students. Highest CTC is 21 lakhs rs per year and the average package is Rs 15 lakhs per year. BFSI, IT, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, etc are some of the top industries from where reputed companies like Wipro, Nestle, Dabur, Loreal, IBM, EY, GS, etc come to recruit students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is on the higher side. Almost 11 lakh Rs per year. However, I feel it is worth it. You get good placements and the ROI is of average Rs 30 lakhs in 2 years as against a 22 lakh rs investment, which is good. There are scholarships also for those who do well in academics and come in the dean's list.

Campus Life

There are over 15 clubs and cells in the college that keep you engaged in fun and educational events and competitions. There are 2-3 major fests also that happen every year. Books and study material is made available by the college and the overall infrastructure is great.

Interview Experience

There was a WAT PI round after clearing the NMAT cut off. Both rounds happen on one day. WAT topic is based on current issues and 20 minutes time is given for it. The PI questions are about your interest in MBA and your academic background also.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is decent good because as per the fees it will gives us 6lpa as a average package it is good Roi as per my opinion. There are maximum company related to banks and startups and mainly for Marketing roles. My plans for after degree to get placed with good package.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!
