honest review of SCITS

I completed my B. Tech from Sree Chaitanya Institute of Technological Sciences and then I applied for TS PGECET which is an entrance test mandatory to get admission into M.Tech.I got 12000 ranks in the test as this college already has PG education too I choose SCITS.M.tech is a 2 years course with 4 semesters It gives good knowledge of the engineering field. You should have a Bachelors's Degree in Engineering With 50% and qualify in the entrance test to be eligible for the course. reservation is also there for scheduled castes.No bad remarks for the admission process it's very easy and good.

As i said Earlier there are Two semesters each year 6 months apart and also college takes 2 mid-term exams in every semester.we also had tests every weekend to improve our knowledge. I took M.tech because i love computers and new-age technology also i wanted to learn and explore more about it. the student-faculty ratio is somewhere around 1:30. the faculty members are well qualified and they are friendly with every student.they are responsive and clear every doubt of yours.the mid exams are were very easy to pass.

The fees for M.Tech in SCITS is 57000 rs per year leaving library and lab fees aside but if you are eligible you can apply for state scholarship program and get Fee reimbursement.I was not eligible for scholarship so i paid the entire fee from my pocket.fees is collected as installments every semester ending.if you want to apply for scholarship you can do it on ts epass website or nearby meeseva centre.no financial assistance will be provided by college atleast i have never heard of that.fees is same every year there is no hike as it is decided by JNTUH.

SCITS has a huge campus located on the suburbs of karimnagar which is very beautiful.The campus is full of trees which is like a breath of fresh air.the college has good infrastructure every thing is new library and labs are well maintained.there is a cricket and football ground in the campus.pg hostels are nearby if anyone wants to stay there.the college has many fests like science fest mr freshers new year fest and regular flash mobs.there are cricket tournaments held every year with exciting prizes.there are various social groups run by students like community service organizations and media and publication groups etc.
