There are other institutes like Pearl, NIFT, etc. catch all the limelight due to their marketing gimmicks. And WLCI is not highlighted enough for students to realize what a nice institute it really is. If you want to get the best fashion education, then I would suggest that you think about joining wlci.

The eligibility to qualify for this course is a graduate degree from any university with 50% marks.

This programme covers these topics- Basic Design Concept, Fashion Illustration, Introduction to Pattern Making, Garment Construction, Textile Science, Color Theory, Fashion Model Drawing,Computer Application in Fashion.

Internships are offered in respective fields for students but here in this course we are already familiar with the corporate structure so not much of internships are required

Placements are awesome. You can work on your own as well as take up offers the college is providing

There are several events like Fashion show conducted in the college also. Inter college fashion show competition is the main crunch as WLCI has won many awards

The fee structure is very expensive as there are so many courses available for fashion and the infrastructure is well maintained.

Scholarships are awarded to students who excel in their respective. The amount is pretty nominal

Life here is pretty glamorous as you get to see the fashion trends you learn what's new. Igot into fashion after seeing the show F.R.I.E.N.D.S as I loved Rachel Greene in the show.

There is no provision for hostel here, the college is not providing any kind of assistance in accomodation for the students.

There are people from this field who work towards the upliftment of fashion world, some of them are the alumni of WLCI.

The exam structure is pretty cool as we get to explore more and write less. There are other things like viva, experiments, assignments.

During my time as a student at WLCI, what I found remarkable about the institute was the faculty’s responsibility towards their students. Unlike other private institutes where the students are left to fend for themselves, at WLCI it was the other way around. All the faculty members are concerned about the growth of the students.
