Remarks
The admission process is simple. If your 12th class percentage is above 85 percent, then you are eligible for direct admission. However, your 12th mark will be invalid if you have taken a year's break. If it is less than 85 percent then an entrance exam must be given followed by an interview. Only then you will be given admission to the physiotherapy department. Overall the admission process is good and conducted in a fair manner. Sometimes the online site gets crashed. Course Curriculum Overview
The course is outstanding. Placement opportunities for physiotherapy is high. Everything depends on the skill of the student. The way he or she practices during clinical postings depends. The class strength is about 30-40 students. The faculties are highly qualified and experienced. The teaching method is very good. The exams are conducted in semester-wise. One during November - December window and the other during April- May. If the students learn and understand the concepts then the exams will be really easy or else the student will find it hard to pass the exams.
Internships Opportunities
For the internship, the students have to find it themselves. It helps the students to interact with different hospitals and clinics related to physiotherapy. And if the students fail to get an internship, then the college will help the students with their internship
Placement Experience
Campus placement will be eligible from the 2nd last year of the particular course. As in for physiotherapy, it will be during the intership period. There are numerous companies for the placement. The percentage of students getting campus placement is also really high
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure would be 65000 per sem. This is relatively good fees compared to many other colleges and universities. The amount of exposure and the quality of teaching is worth the fees. Scholarshios are indeed provided to the students of they top the class. 50% reduction in the fees would be given to such students
Campus Life
The campus life is really amazing. You get to interact with different kind did people from different places. Different kinds of cultural fests are also being conducted in the university. For the students from Kerala onam is celebrated and for the students from Tamil Nadu pongal is celebrated. Same as for Punjabi, Lodi is celebrated. Annual fest is conducted during Jan and is called Amity youth fest. It is a grand celebration. Curricular and extra curricular activities are given equal importance in the university. And for students who only study, library is like a heaven. They can peacefully enjoy their day there without any disturbance.
