Honest Review of SIHMCT., Lonavala.

Overall, the admission process is pretty smooth and the people and staff there is pretty helpful too. Just it takes too much time to complete the required procedure and details required for admission in colleges as well as the hostels.

Each term exam has a gap range of at least 4 months to prepare for the practicals and to complete the theory for the semester exams. According to me, the exams and papers were easy, like you don't have to study super hard because there's not much syllabus to take tension about in the first place.

1. Companies for Internships offered by the colleges were:-Jw Marriott, Hyatt Pune, Sheraton, Hilton Shillim, Four Points Pune, Radisson Blu, Della Resort, Fariaz Lonavala. Sihmct students have 4 month Internship in which each month has its own subject accordingly. I was assigned in the kitchen in my first month with the stipend of 1000 per month.

1. For SIHMCT, BSC. HS, college starts placement offer from the third year, placement procedure to preparing the student mentally for the jobs to organizing sessions regarding the topic. 2. Companies college prefers for placements are:-JW Marriott, Hyatt, Oberoi, Taj, Leela, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Hilton etc 3. 90%. 4. Opting for a job assisted by the placement offers given by the college itself.

So Sihmct, organizes various ODC for students in assistance with various hotels nearby and sends students for it to perform in the hotel. Maximum starting stipend for ODC that a hotel gives to a student starts from 800? that's what I got when I started going on ODC's.

1. So in the campus itself there are various festivals and sports and clubs are organized such as the dance festival, mob floor, karandak(that is the sports festival). These are mainly conducted during the winter season. 2. Every College on the Campus has its own library which contains an ample amount of space to sit and read and consists of over 28000+ books to read segregated by categories.

1. If you want to save money on your accommodation then hostels are the best option for you. Due to the amazing facilities the campus hostel provides, it is better to opt for the hostels rather than finding a rented room outside the campus. 2. The meal which is provided in the mess is kind of healthy and lacks creativity and change. This means the same food menu is repeated over the same week. 3. Registration process is quick and simple and hostel prices vary according to the course of the field.
