Remarks
There was no issue regarding the admission because there was no entrance test/exam taken, I'm really not sure about the cut off marks because I got 91% and they just let me in after seeing the marks, there were no reservation benefits, application form etc is provided in the official website but I highly suggest to go to the college and enquire about it to get more information, otherwise you might miss the opportunity. One thing I didn't like about the admission process was the delays and lack of information and timely updates, if they were to work on this the admission process would be a lot smoother and less worrisome for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose BA in arts (journalism) because I'm genuinely interested in it and want to prosper in this field, also very rare colleges provide this subject, there's quite a good number of students and almost 30 teachers teaching in the degree section, teachers are well qualified according to their teaching and most of them are experienced, you can say that by their teaching, exams were conducted twice in a year and they were of medium level.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee Structure is really reasonable I had to pay 34k for 1 year + they will charge a couple thousand more if you are from CBSE or a non-Karnataka student (ie if you are from other state) the fees increases by a couple thousand (2-3k) per year, on campus placement could have been better, I didn't get a job on campus.
Campus Life
We didn't have a freshers party or any kind of fest in 2020, but usually, they are conducted in the months of August or September, the Library is pretty small and the availablity of books is very limited, classrooms are well furnished, windows, fan, projector are present but seating capacity goes down when the classes cointain 100+ students because on average only 60 people can comfortably sit in a class, there is absolutely no time given for sports or co-curricular activities in college hours, you'd have to take part in them in order to avail them, there's no such social groups, clubs or website for students, there's outsiders who come and do that.
Other Applied Colleges
Christ University | BA in arts (Journalism)
Because of high fees and travelling distance and time.
