A crystal clear view of MES college of arts commerce and science

Likes

MES college has the best teachers and mentors who'll guide you to the right way for your success.
MES had the best crowd of talents and the college also provided future skill courses like Microsoft Excel, Power Bi and many other useful courses

Dislikes

The infrastructure has to develop because in alot of classes there were shortage of benches where all the students couldn't sit properly
Also hygine needs to improve in the college the washroom gives a bad odor every time and also the canteen is a bit unhygienic

Placement Experience:

Students from 5th semester are eligible for placements and to be very honest highly disappointed. Because the college has promised us good companies with decent package but it was worse, both the companies and the package which was not even bare minimum. Companies that came to placements were HDB, Muthoot Finance, Quess, Geojit, Aditya Birla, Mphasis etc. and all the companies that I've mentioned were either Voice and non voice or Sales oriented where the minimum qualification for the posts were only 12th pass. The companies offered a package of only 1.5L to 2L per annum which was not really settling for us. My plans after degree were to bag a good company in the placement, get an year job experience and then pursue my MBA but due to the companies that came to placements I'm on hunt to find jobs.

Campus is nice and healthy environment and its in official area
Teachers are good and they convey their message like friend

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bcom has many more options than others like we can do extra courses, while studying bcom, and after the UG, we have many options for further degrees and we can do CA CS and many other extra courses while studying Bcom, so I choose BCom.

Comprehensive Review of MES college Bangalre

Likes

MES college is a short form for Maleswaram Education society, situated in Bangalore offers courses in Arts, Commerce and Science.
The campus is great and the faculty friendly and helpful. The students that were in my course were intellectually challenging

Dislikes

They donot have a great cafeteria and the variety offered is very limited. Hence students have to find alternative for lunch and snacks
The timings is very strict and the security will not allow students who come in late. Also the students have to attend the morning assembly everyday.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to be a teacher and hence took up BSC in science and them Msc in mathematics. Hence the couse offerded at MES has helped me to be true to my future profession. Also once I completed the post graduation course the college alos gave me a placement in their college as a lecturer. This was a great opportunity for me to work under my lecturers and gain further experience and knowledge. The curriculum and the contents taught in MES were all focued on students understanding abilities and in the exam point of view.

Ncc, college infrastructure, teaching, courses offered by the college
Teachers, fests, events conducted by the department of commerce

Dislikes

Timings of the college it is too early to be in college at 7 30 except that everything is fine

Regular b.com is the course I've taken actually I am pursuing a professional course called company secretary so I chose bcom at first. the faculty has been supporting me since then they teach us very well not only for the exam point of view but they teach us in a very good manner that we remember it for our lifetime

MES was magic!!

College environment is amazing as it is one of the most cleanest colleges in Bengaluru.
Canteen is so amazing that I never went out for meals not did I carried food from home and by the time I was in college, I had my meals in college only.

Dislikes

Indoor sporting facilities are sparse and college needs to address that as sometimes there are hour long breaks and it is difficult to bide time during those breaks.

Placement Experience:

Before final semester students are prepared and once they enter their final semester, they can apply for campus placements. From banks to consulting companies, to companies of various domains who are in need of accountants approaches our college to rope some freshers at an average salary of 3-4 lakhs a year. Since th strength of the course is high, the placements percentage comes around 55-60%.

I liked the classroom, campus and the way of teaching and I also liked the environment near the college, it is maintained very neat and clean. Canteen is also runned by the college. Canteen has veg food as well as non veg food also. It is very good.
The transport facility is also available to college and students come from very far. Bus is conducted from college itself. There is no burden for students to who are travelling from far places. This is one of the best thing that I see in this college

Dislikes

They must be added a indoor playing games in college. There is no such place to play indoor games like table tennis, chess and others. So it would been great if they were added a place to play indoor games to the students studying there in the coll

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because my ambition is to become an employee in any bank. Faculty here gives utmost care to students and they teach very clearly. Most of the faculties here have been made their PhD. The term exam will be conducted 6 months once and it would be easy if the student concentrates on their studies

MESCC in my opinion

Likes

Good surrounding and nice infrastructure like water, washroom, road, Buses
Peaceful and clean library. Friendly lecturers

Dislikes

Less number of well trained lecturers for accountancy subject

It is one of the best colleges for Bcom in Sirsi. Bcom course is one of the fundamental degrees to enter the corporate field. 1 internal exam for 1 semester

The college that has the most potential for growth

Likes

Teaching is excellent
Faculty is very supportive and provide timely guidence.

Dislikes

The beliefs of the college are outdated.
The college restricts itself in terms of events. The college is not very encouraging of new events that the students feel will be useful to establish their place in society.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Com There is 100 students in a class, and the faculty contains both experienced and new teachers. exams are conducted by the BCU and internal tests are timely and thoroughly corrected. B.com is a fairly easy course so the incompetence of the new teachers doesn't affect scores.
