Remarks

The admission process was smooth. First I wrote the entrance exam and after the results we had. Two rounds of counseling. My counselling was smooth and there were. No issues in the process. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because firstly I was allotted to it but after reading. Through the course, I felt it was a bit new and oriented towards industry 4.0. The term exams were for every two months. We have qualified teachers.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 131000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We did many projects on web development and machine learning. One of the applications of web development is an online shopping cart. I was offered an internship at a company that is associated with AWS.

Placement Experience

From semester 5 onwards we are eligible for campus placements. The highest ever package was 97 lakhs for a student and the average package is 8 lakhs. We get around 80+ companies to our college and my plans are to get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike policy since it is controlled by the jntu board. So everyone who came through. The counseling from the entrance examination they have the same fee throughout the 4-year course. I do not have any scholarship and I do not fall under any of the categories.

Campus Life

We have 2 fests conducted in our college there are one cultural fest and one technical fest. They are called scintillation and convergence. Our college gives top-most priority to sports and extracurricular activities.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
