To get admission in this college you have to pass, entrance exam conducted at state level. Entrance exam BCECE is organized for admission in all state government college of Bihar. BCECE consists of Two phase Prelim and Mains, objective type question are asked in Both phases. From Physics,chemistry. And Mathematics. To get admission in this college you have to score good rank.Because Bhagalpur College of Engineering is ranked number 1 in state government colleges of Bihar. I Choose computer science and Engineering branch , because it has best placement record here.

Bhagalpur College of Engineering have only Bachelor in technology, courses. Student interested in research field move to IITs after passing Btech from here. College have good academic records. Student here mainly prepare for PSU's and they go in these companies.

No internship program are provided from college side. But students directly communicates with companies and go for internship.

Placement are here mainly for CSE and ECE branch. Avg. Package is approximately 3.0 L companies like wipro (mainly) Tcs comes here. But off campus student get good packages. Student from MECHANICAL, CIVIL, ELECTRICAL Mainly prepare for psu's And they move to these companies.

Previous year college have organized a Robot war competition,in this students from various college of Bihar have participated. These type of events are organized every year. And cultural events like College annual function. Annual sports meet. Coding (program using c and c++) are organized annually.

Fee is feasible or you can say that very low as compare to other engineering college. You will cost approximately 60k to 80k for 4 year course. That is approximately 15 thousand per year including HOSTEL charge Excluding mess charge. If you are good in study then you can also take scholarship from state government.

Scholarship are available from state government. I also got this scholarship.under. This scholarship total amount of fee are returned in students bank account. Student have to applied for that.

"College have sufficient number of Hostels. Were approximately all students can get there Bed. Student of 2 nd year lives in shared room. And 3 rd and final year students get separate rooms. All Hostels have wi-fi facility. Mess are just an average. Hostel fee is about 5000 per annum. Mess charge vary. Mess provide 3 time food. Breakfast. Lunch and dinner.

Alumni network was not good earlier but Now a days college is working on it.From 2 to 3 years ALUMNI NETWORK has exponential improved.

Student get lots of time for other activities along with study. Exam are conducted on every 6 month.(semester wise). So overall 2 months are wasted! In exams.After every semester exam ,holiday of 20 days are given. Labs are on weak days mainly. So, Student get lots of time for self study.

Faculty are qualified. Some are passed from IITs. Classes taken by faculty are just an average. Class rooms are good and well maintained. With wifi facility. Classroom includes smart board where students get connected with faculty of other good university. In some branches permanent teacher are not available. But college organize class with help of Guest lecturer.
