Remarks
I took admission in iet davv through mp dte counselling I availed my home state quota and I also had ews quota but the seat I got was in a general category so ews wasn't that much use, for taking admission here you need to give jee main exam and your needs not to have a good rank to take admission here like I got information technology here in 50,000 rank, the admission process was quite helpful here professors and staff made the whole process smooth it took me 1-2 hours to complete whole admission process but it can vary with students and also depends upon staff facilitating admission process my friend almost wasted half of his day in the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am learning to program since I was in 12th so it was clear for me that I had to take cse or it but my rank wasn't good enough to opt for cse so I ended up with information technology faculties are quite qualified and have years of experience in teaching but sometimes lectures get boring if you study well exams aren't difficult to pass I would put them in the moderate category.
Placement Experience
You are eligible to sit in placement from the seventh semester just like in any other colleges here too most of the people get placed in it sector TCS, Wipro etc are major recruiters if you have decent grades you will surely get placed although LPA might not be of your choice. As much as I know from seniors placement in cs it is good enough like it varies from 8-10 LPA avg. But in other branches, this avg package is much lower than this almost everyone gets placed in cs it. I will sit in placement after getting my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know anything about fee hike yet might know about this in the upcoming time, I am just in my 1st year so I didn't get any stipend or any other financial assistance although I am looking for some scholarship to apply like mmvy.
Campus Life
The annual cultural fest aakshank at iet davv is held roughly across the weekend of February and a large crowd gathers here in this fest students also claims it the largest fest of central India as per crowd size. Tech fest isn't that good here. I don't like the library system here only 2 books per semester and too not of your choice
Hostel Facilities
Hostels here are just like other colleges you can get good friends can enjoy your life but without comfort. About the meal, I would just say all the best to you. Hostels are quite affordable here around 45000 per year. I haven't rented any pg or room.
