My university review

Every day, the need for B school graduates grows across all areas. That is why, after finishing my B.com, I wanted to pursue an MBA (Hons.). My cousin recommended this institute because my CAT result was 80 percent and I needed to choose a private college. This course stood out to me, and the university's infrastructure appeared to be in good shape. The Merit List for the Selection Process was created solely on the basis of the CAT score and graduation grades (minimum 60% in undergrad).

This course is quite useful for aspirants like me who want to pursue careers in financial institutions such as banking, insurance, economics, or computing. It is a four-semester full-time course with a total credit of 105 hours. The development of analytical and problem-solving skills in students is emphasised throughout the programme. Economic Analysis for Business, Actuarial Financial Mathematics, Financial Engineering, and Loss Reserving were all part of our curriculum, as were Accounting for Management, Actuarial Financial Reporting, and so on. Management graduates, IIM grads, Ph.D. holders, Research scholars, and industry professionals were among the exceptional faculty members who taught us.

Throughout the course, the campus partner programme educated us on the placement programme. IBM, Cognizant, ZOHO, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, TCS, Wipro, and HCL were among the top recruiting organisations on campus. The campus recruitment programme offers many entry-level career jobs such as Analytics analyst, Reporting and Analytics Lead, Data Scientist, Data Miner, Financial Analyst, and Research Analyst. The campus recruitment campaign offered a minimum compensation package of 3 lacs and a maximum salary package of 7 lacs.

I paid Rs 70,000 in annual fees, which included One-Time Admission and Other Fees. Postgraduate students were offered scholarships such as the PG CGPA Scholarship and the Sports Scholarship by the institute. This analytical-based training has excellent job prospects. For the entry-level profile, the campus placement also offers a good payout of 4 to 7 lacs.

Our classes were held in a well-equipped digital classroom, and we had access to a large digital library. We were encouraged to join clubs such as the Aquatics Club, the Nature Club, the Music Club, the Photography Club, and the Fine Arts Club. On our campus, there was a cafeteria and a juice shop where we used to spend our free time. We used to spend our lunch breaks at the Indoor Stadium, which is also a part of our campus culture.

Hostel registration takes place prior to the start of the semester. The hostel rooms are comfortable and roomy. There are many types of rooms based on price, such as attached, non-attached AC rooms, and single rooms. Registration for the hostel is done through the college's website.
