Siksha O Anusandhan University is such a university which ranked 32 in NIRF and was the best Engineering college in Odisha as published by Odisha Government. It provides a wide range of opportunities to everyone for the placements and also for the preparation for GATE, and others exams.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is too good as they provide relevant period of time for preparation and internship opportunities for freshers. This Institute helps to develop the technical skill by introducing various coding competitions events and seminars.All the faculty members are very friendly . The level of teaching is too good and there qualification is also at high level. The institute periodically conducts its semester exams in every 6 month interval. This semester exams was also a competitive one and easier for the one who attended the class.
Internships Opportunities
I was a web developer intern at letsgrowmore company and also an summer intern at Aashman Foundation.I have done two projects based on python web development.
Placement Experience
This Institute helps the students pursuing the pre final year to get placed in various MNCs company like Microsoft, Wipro ,Infosys ,Tata, TCS, Dell ,HP and many more. The highest package was offered basically by Microsoft company with the average CTC of 20 lacs. This institute has a average package of 8 lacs as per 2020.Institute helps to pursue various coaching for GATE, DRDO ,PCS, IAS etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of the institute varies according to the rank in JEE as well as SAAT (Institute's Own Entrance exam). In general, it takes the tution of 240000 per year(meals and hostel extra which is about 100000 per year). This Institute provides a wider range of scholarship program in which the students who are in merit list(8 CGPA+) got the the opportunity of scholarship.This campus guarantees that every student will get placed in within the end of 4th semester. This campus is incorporation with various MNCs such as Microsoft, Dell, HCL, Wipro, Infosys and etc.
Campus Life
The campus environment of Shiksha O Anusandhan is a friendly and knowledgeous environment. The campus celebrates annual fest and various technical fest in the end of year. The college library contents about 20000 books and journals on various topic which makes it a broader one.All the classrooms and laboratories are well clean and air conditioned.The campus students organised various clubs social groups for the development of of the university such as Codex -The official coding group, ITER Robotics club, dancer club, SOA English Cafe and many more.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel room is very clean and good for study. The quality of food in the mail is very good and the menu contents non veg twice every week. The registration process of hostel is very easy as it can be done by simply filling a form.In the locality there are various rented room and PG for the students as well as for the bachelors which makes the environment a good one.
Admission
This Institute conduct a GD program in which the students are needed to speak on the current affairs. But it is not necessary for every student It is especially for them who are unable to to give the exam.
