Entrance Preview

I appeared in AMU Entrance Exam along with other exams but chosen AMU because I am from Aligarh and I hear a lot about the faculty.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, college was providing the internship , but was limited only , we were having the Training and Placement office in College. We use to register ourself in the TPO . TPO invite all the companies and shared our profile with them to help us placed.

College Events

Annual functions college days , and outdoor trips etc. There were lot of cultural activities happening like Talent hunt fashion show rock show , and all participated with full energy , there were lot of cultural committee formed for organising such events.

Exam Structure

We have got yearly exams along with sessional and Lab assignment. Syllabus was pretty specific and we got almost questions of international level. even most of the students qualifies the GATE exam. There are lot of international contests which we appeared and succeeded.

Admission

Through the All India level entrance test and I got the good rank in exam and got my preferential electronics engineering. Admission Process is quite transparent and clear and stepwise. We have Admission counsellor as well to support in case of any difficulty. Schedule for Admission and every thing was publically announced in Newspaper and all media even result announcement also done in newspaper.

Faculty

Faculty especially the electronics and electrical were outstanding , all the labs were equipped with latest equipment's and we got all the exposure to perform the experiments. There were lot of practical exams along with theory , which we need to go through .Also we got time and infrastructure for innovation.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

ZHCET,AMU is the best choice of my life.

I have not applied for any college but I have given jee exam and amueee but I selected in amu so I haven't seen any other college. The admission process is simple you have to give the test amueee and if you are in selected list then good if you are in waiting list it depends how much waiting number ...but approx 600 waiting will clear every year ..and you have to pay fees online on that day after you see your roll no.in firm list available online on amu exam controller....Read More
