Remarks

Actually, there is no exam for admission. But by seeing your high school marksheets they will give you admission. And college fees also depend on your 12th score like my score was 78.8 so my fees were 35000rs.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose B.tech because I had an interest in this course and if we talk about college faculty members so all faculties are well qualified and well trained, and experts in their areas. And faculty is very polite and trained in their technologies.

Internships Opportunities

If we talk about the internship so college also provides internship facilities in college itself by calling company experts in college. And if you want to go outside for an internship you can go. So it all depends on you.

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited is: TCS, Wipro, L&T, Mphasis, Zensar etc. Highest package is 12.76 LPA and average package is 3.5 lpa. And percantage of students getting placements is 60 percent.

Fees and Financial Aid

For me, the fee was 35000 rs per year. and bus facility is also included in this fees. There is no additional fees for bus facility. And also there is Scholarship opputunity in available but you need to get all information from college admission cell.

Campus Life

The campus is very neat and clean and very peaceful also. And yes there is TechFest. In this tech, the event is organized by students and if we talk about the library so in this college library you will find almost all the related books of your course.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

A balanced and Review : the good and the bad
