I got admission in this college from UPTU Examination. My rank was about 28000. At this rank this was the best college in UPTU.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course structure is decided by university not by college so it is same for all the colleges associated with UPTU. However it was more theoretical rather than practical or research oriented. There were some subjects like Human behaviour, Industrial Sociology,Industrial Psychology which can be interested but i dint find any interesting things in the syllabus of these subjects.
Internships Opportunities
No, There were no any thing like stipend. We were expecting these kind of things from college but unfortunately there were no such things like that.
Placement Experience
There were some companies for CS and IT branches with an average package of 3 lk per year. However most of the students were not placed from the campus. For EC/EN/ME there were no hope for placement. Total 5-10 Students were placed from these branches.
College Events
There were Freshers party and farewell party every year. Students participated and interacting and enjoy the moments. Initially there were no any fest conducting in college, But after the efforts of our batch mates we finally conducted the fest named REVAMP.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of most of the private colleges of UPTU were started from 70,000 to 1,20,000 per year. Fee of this college was around 80,000 per year which were less than many private colleges.In the first year it was more (I don't remember the exact digits) but after first year it was little less.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships were provided for the students whose annual family income was less than 1 lk. It was the scholarship programme by the government not by the college.
Campus Life
The location of the college was very good as compare to other colleges situated at Ghaziabad. It was near to metro station (15-20 min). Delhi was near to the college so more delhi guys prefer this college. Approximately equal no. of girls were there it may be 40:60 ratio. labs were also there . there were one sport event of one week.
Alumni/Alumna
At that time there were no more interaction of students with the alumni of college. However there were interaction with the seniors as per your personal contacts.
Exam Structure
Exam Structure were more theoretical and they asking derivations and well obvious questions, very few questions would be there based on numerical.There were no. of exams within the semester. College internal exams than external exams, internal labs,External Labs.
Admission
I have given Entrance exam of UPTU and then according to rank the date is provided from the university for filling the choice of colleges and branch. there were several centres for filling the choice of colleges. At the centre, At that time we have to carry xerox of documents along with non-refundable 5000 Rs check and one check of Rs 20000 which would be adjusted in the college fee in which you will get admission.
Faculty
Faculties of this college was good.Some faculties were really very good however some faculties were not doing his/her job. Faculties were bounded by syllabus.In the first year students had afraid of faculties however as students moving on faculties becoming friendly.
