Remarks

I applied for NMIMS MUMBAI. After clearing the cutoff in the NMAT exam, I was called for an online interview for MBA core at SBM, NMIMS MUMBAI. The interview was based on past work experience, current affairs, and some generic hygiene questions.

Course Curriculum Overview

MBA CORE is the FLAGSHIP COURSE AT SBM NMIMS MUMBAI. The faculty ratio is really good here with one faculty over every 20 students. The curriculum is updated with time and with the latest trends. The faculties are always ready to help and explain and have good extensive knowledge of subjects. We do a lot of assignments. Tests happen on a frequent basis so that students are always well aligned with the subject matter and progress well. Exams are of moderate level.

There are good internship opportunities at NMIMS. Many companies visit campus for the Summer Internship process. The roles are mentioned properly. Also, we get different corporate projects to work on.

Placements are really good at NMIMS (Both summer internships and final placements). The average package for MBA CORE for batch 2020-21 was 18.45 lakh. The highest package was 34.72 lakh. The top 200 students got an average package of 20.26 lakh. The college has 163 recruiters for MBA CORE.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per year are 1042000 for the MBA core program. The opportunity for the scholarship is based on the financial condition of the candidate. The campus placements are really good at NMIMS. Campus Life

There are different committees, cells, and clubs at NMIMS. There is a lot of exposure for people with different talents and who want to learn more. Books were distributed to us on time through courier and also good online material is provided to us. Several clubs and cells organize different competitions workshops and different sessions. Every student has to do an internship related to social welfare which makes them understand the social problem in-depth and work practically on it.

The college provide some extra certificates like Excel or others which not value for money and also taeches foreign language but not single student can speak after the degree. And also not any facilities can speak german language

Balanced learning and real world relavance

It's well structured but there are areas that could be enhanced to better prepare students for the real world. Curriculum sessions are twice weekly, other faculty are invited to gain information from the industry. Recently, we had our ebek Cambridge exam. Placement Experience:

Currently I am in first year so I have not been placed as of yet but the placemnets for our seniors is on going which is the first batch of MBA HCM and hence I would not be able to reveal the cokmpanies. The few summer internship companies though were Apollo, Nanavati, BMJ etc.

Review of NMIMS: MBA Pharmaceutical Management

The NMAT test can be taken up to three times each year, with the best of the three results counting. Any bachelor or above Pharma/Biotech graduate with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for the program provided they clear the cut off of the NMAT examination. On the official website of NMIMS, the application form can be found along with important dates. A certain amount of cost is required to be submitted (last year it was 2500/-). To be qualified for the course, you needed a three- or four-year bachelor's degree. On their official website, the NMAT and NMIMS application forms were available. Reservations were not rewarded in any way, and work-ex was not necessary, but it did add value to personal interviews.
