"Magnificence of my college"

I got admission under OBC category. For getting admission in this college i have to clear Pre- Agriculture test. I scored 123 marks and got selected for JNKVV college of agriculture tikamgarh. Minimum marks required for OBC candidates are 118 to 120. There is no such specific age limit anyone who clears the exam is eligible to take admission. Admission process includes three rounds of counseling. I got selected for the first counseling. I had to verify my documents in the institute and pay the semester fees. After that i had to report in the college with all the varified documents on mention date and start my regular class. I was enrolled soon and got a college id then right after that i started my regular classes.

India is agriculture-based country so I eager to be a part of agriculture organization. There is a huge number of faculties to teach and provide knowledge to students. These faculties are well qualified and professionals. There are outstanding in their teaching skills. Exams are taken in a very organized manner in every semester which is of six months of duration. Exams are quite difficult as it a professional degree. Students have to work hard and study well. Minimum 50 % of marks are required to clear the exam.

Various private and government companies visit our college with internship programs for the students. They train the students freely and moreover provide a stipend of a certain amount monthly. Various companies like seed companies, insecticide and pesticides companies, agricultural hardware companies, fertilizers and manures companies visit college to hire the students. Some projects such as organic farming, dairy farming, poultry farming, are also beneficial for students.

Our college provides a professional degree of four years. Students become eligible after 8 semesters for placement and jobs. Every year about 50 % of pass out are getting placements. They received average packages ranging from 4 to 6 lacs. On other hand more than the campus selection students become eligible for various government posts like Agriculture Office, Extension Officer, Quality controller, AFO, DHO, REO, REHO any many more agriculture jobs.

We have to pay the fees semester wise for academics and hostel. The 90 % fees is refunded under the MP scholarship program. Various internships are organized in institution every year as per interest students participate and get financial assistance to build and support their career.

The College campus is full of resources and facilities. Various technologies, facilities make the campus more reliable for students. The infrastructure of the college is well developed. There are various courts and grounds for various sports, smart classrooms, libraries full of books and journals. Students provide their service in National Service Scheme. Students perform various awareness programs socially and aware people.

Hostel facilities are very good. Basic necessities like clean drinking water and good and healthy foods are in abundance here. A single room is provided between two students with two beds and a study table. A separate wardrobe is also provided. The food provided here is rich in protein, carbohydrates and fibres. Balanced nutritional food is prepared in the hostel which a different food item daily. The menu is repeated weekly. Some students are day scholars. They rented a room in the nearby locality. The house owners are grateful and humble in nature. They treat their rentals as family members.
