Before Uttarakhand open universityI I applied to Delhi University but there was no proper notification or updation for exams, books availability, or any other information was not circulated properly. For regular students, I don't know, but for distance learners, it is very difficult to study in Delhi University. They charge fees but they don't actually look for the students.
