Remarks

If you are selected for any NIT you have to only visit your Nearby NIT for counseling. For the final admission, you have to visit your respective college. After admission day you will have orientation in which you will be visiting your whole college campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have semester vise exams. Grading will be done throughout the semester. There will be 2 semesters and if you want to only pass the exam you can do it studying last month of the semester. But if you want to excel in exams you need to study from start consistently

Class Size: 164Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

You can apply for a student loan STATE BANK OF INDIA Branch inside the campus. And if you are taking long from there. You will get a loan for a laptop also. You will be allowed to apply for all kinds of scholarship programs such as MMVY , PMS, ONGC, SAMSUNG scholarship, etc.

Campus Life

In our college clubs are referred to as societies. We even have international societies like IEEE, some cultural societies like Turyanad, A se aenak , Robarro, and technical societies like vision. All students are very kind. It's easy in here to make friends.

Placement are very good the average placement package is 350000 and Mostly every big indian IT company hires fromhere tcs, infosys, cognizant etc 70% of students get placed from my batch and my plan is doing a job in IT i got placed from this college itself

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

Placement Experience:

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. Big companies and MNCs also comes in our college to hire. 90%+ students get placed. I will going to have a job after getting the degree and will not go for higher studies.
