Entrance Preview

MP PET - scored 798 out of 900 for 3 papers and had a rank of 1150 in MP. I selected this college for its quality teachers and staff with the latest amenities and lab facilities. Also this college has a great placement track record and finally I was proved correct as I got placed in Infosys through campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was still aligned to the National Institute of Technology curriculum while other colleges had switched to the Rajiv Gandhi Technology University for MP. This proved to be a differentiating factor as it was more advanced and better aligned to technical proficiency.

Internships Opportunities

At the BU this is allowed however being a government college there is still some amount of red tape involved. The stipend is regular of about 1800 plus accommodation in hostel.

Placement Experience

This was the primary reason that I selected this college. All top IT and Telecom companies conduct campus drives for this college. Some recruiters that came in the year I passed out were - Tata Telecommunications, Infosys Limited, Vodafone (Hutch Orange at that time), Airtel, Syntel, Polaris.Besides Indian Navy also conducted a recruitment drive.

Fees and Financial Aid

MP government and Central government scholarships are available. All others are based on the specific programs conducted by accredited college providers.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students have an active online community and almost all big companies and government departments have alumni from this college.

Admission

Through Counselling conducted by MP Professional Education Board. The notification was released right with the results in Mar 2001 and I attend the counselling on the second day and picked this as my first choice and got BE Electronics which was my preferred field.

Faculty

The faculty has been excellent. Both full time and part time lecturers and professors have excellent academic and industry background drawing from different walks like Airforce, BHEL, MANIT and PhD scholars form the core of Lecturers. All HOD are PhD holders.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

And people are really placed in a good companies out of 103 students were placed in the Google, and the rest of students were placed in in guitrucs as much as I remember it. Its average package is 7. Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. Reality of college according to me

Placement Experience:

In this college students become eligible from five or six sem to sit in campus placement, companies like TCS , capgemini ,etc. regularly come to our college , The average package of our college is good enough as per the private colleges it is 4 to 6 lakhs per year which is good for freshers
