Remarks

The college was located in the same city i was living it is the most reputed private engineering college in the city. The Admission Process is through marks obtained in Upsee exam.Admission starts in June of every year and they take an internal test also. The college provides decent placement opportunities so that's why u recommend it.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum was decided by the University every college had to follow that, its an outdated curriculum like every other government University in India is following, isn't much relevant to the Industry requirement now.Faculty weren't that great as expected they taught us what was already their in the book and dictated that, but most of the learning in college days is through peers so can't complain much.Faculty were mostly M.tech pass outs and in some cases PHDs too.If you're doing Btech so u should be prepared to give exams every month and they weren't that difficult u only need to follow what was taught in the class. The Student ratio was like 80:20 that is male:female.

Internships Opportunities

4

Yes,Think and private limited it was sales role in Ed.tech and they offered 25K per month during the internship period if u get a PPO then 7+3 lakh CTCAs for other roles you have to outsource internships or do one with the faculties at the campus itself.

Placement Experience

3

Placements are decent enough nearly 60% of the students get placed but the roles aren't that great but before joining people themselves know what they are getting into.As for the Average package its around 3.5lpa ,so its a fair enough ROI.As for people who don't get placed they generally prepare for competitive exams or go for higher studies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is in line with state government directives and it was around 1.25 Lakhs per year including the Bus charges for day scholars and mess and hostel in case of the hostelers. The scholarship was provided for the students by University itself for people with weak family financial background and people from Sc,ST,OBC background got more of the scholarships

Campus Life

3

The campus isn't that huge, that's to be expected of a private college in a small city. The clubs were not that great because we didn't have the backing of the faculty, Faculty mostly focused on classes and exams.Library was decent enough with technical books and newspapers. There was a football field and an athletics field too and we had an annual sports fest which was organised by the University. There was a website which was UGI.AC.INThe annual fest was a tech fest named Enigma which happened during the month of November every year.for 3 days.During those 3 days there were multiple competitions and workshops which were organized by the students only.

Hostel Facilities

3

They have hostels in the campus for both the boys and girls and if someone wants to live outside the campus they can live in the private hostels near the campus.Hostel Rooms have double sharing accommodation and food 3 times during the day and special meals on 2 days of the week.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
