Remarks
I applied at amity University at first and attended the interview but due to too high fees, i finalized Aravali college for my graduation. The admission process was smooth. The teacher gave me counseling regarding different streams and then i took admission to mechanical stream. The limit for admission was not to have more than 2-year gap in studies and more than 55% in 12 class The fees were 94000 at first but after talking to them we managed to make it 89000 The bus fee was included in this. I took admission as a general candidate
Course Curriculum Overview
I am interested in machines so i chose this course. All faculty members are good and well qualified. The shares all study material in the classroom and shares the link of online recorded lectures regularly, so overall the teaching staff is good. In offline mode, we have to appear in 2 sessional exams and 1 final exam and it was difficult to pass. But online we have to appear in 5 MCQ exams and 1 final exam. The practical is the same in both online and offline mode
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are decided at the time of admission with keeping marks and quota in mind so it vary as per candidate. College provides financial aid to quota students and provides scholarships to students who do well in academics. The job opportunity is less in our branch but college is more focused on the computer science branch a company comes for campus placement the stipend is way low about (10k)
Campus Life
Our annual fest is held in Feb of every year the name of the fest is different every time. The books are available in the library but the quantity is low that many times books get out of stock in the library. The classroom is spacious and equipped with a projector so it is good. Cricket and football matches are held in between college and many other clubs are there like literature club, art club, etc.
