Remarks

WeSchool, Mumbai had a smooth admission process, first need to appear in entrance exams accepted by colleges like CAT, CMAT, MH-CET, ATMA MAT, etc. score above cut-off usually 80 percentile. Fill up the application form costs 2500/-. Then appear for GD-PI in the year 2021 it was online PI only. In June they release their merit, if u make it into merit then join college.

Choose PGDM-Retail because had prior work ex in the field of retail hence wanted to take forward career in same field. Faculty at Welingkar are highly qualified and have enough work ex in corporates. Hence they provide quality teaching.

For SIPs around 300+ companies comes starting from the month of October onwards companies like Jio, Reliance lifestyle, BigBasket etc comes with stipen 10-50K/ month. Offer internship at various domain.

Summer Internsips Placements starts from Oct and number of companies comes for finance, marketing, hr and ops. Our senior had 100% placement with avg package 9L and highest goes around 15L. Before placements college give pre-placement training.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is 11 Lakhs for 2 years excluding hostel fee. One can take bank loan from ICICI or BOB, they are easily available. There are scholarship available and its worth spending 11 lakhs seeing the opportunity provided by college.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is really good, have AC class room, canteen, yoga roam, gym, Innovation lab, library. Due pendamics classes are going online so didn't go to college personally. Due to pendamic we have access to library through remote access.

Interview Experience

First appear for entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, etc if scored above mentioned cut-off around 80 percentile then get shortlisted for PI round. 2021 we had online personal interview. By June they release merit list take admission if made into merit.

The Real College Life

I was admitted through CMAT examination. The minimum cutoff to qualify was 80 but I had scored 97.5%. The admission process consisted of GD followed by PI, with moderate level of difficulty. The fee structure last year was 14,00,000 for two years but for the current year they have increased it to 15,50,000 for the entire 2 years.
