Entrance Preview

I appeared for JEE mains and got rank 11543 . By the the guide of teachers and my effort I got this rank. As it is a reputed college for engineering I take admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, it has been a very nice course structure made by MHRD under the perspective of alot of opportunity for research as poder factor improvement , energy conservation hybride vehicle efficient railway system etc.another opportunity in vehicle section.home automation and factory automatically is also a good field.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, some company like l&t , Goldman, sundarta etc come for internship but actually I don't know what stipend they provide.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As a government college fee structure is feasible . Your semester fee is 35000. An extra of about 10000 per year is required. 25000 is taken as the mess fees one exam fee is also taken every semester. Now the rule is being changed . From last year 90000 per sem to be paid for general and OBC student and free for st and sc students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Sorry no knowledge but some scholarship are provided by government. One scholarship by respective state government to some ST, SC and OBC. Some scholarship for physically challenged person is also provided by gov.

Faculty

Faculties are well educated from India as well as foreign by doing their phd and post graduation in their respective field. They are well educated and involved in many research and project of mhrd and also on their individual level. Their teaching style is also pleasure. They relate the theoretical knowledge with practical use.

Placement are very good the average placement package is 350000 and Mostly every big indian IT company hires fromhere tcs, infosys, cognizant etc 70% of students get placed from my batch and my plan is doing a job in IT i got placed from this college itself

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

Nice college

Placement Experience:

After completing the four-year degree, the college does provide placement, but I don’t know much about it yet because I haven’t seen many companies visiting the college. So far, I’ve only seen four or five companies. There aren’t any major companies coming in. Also, when placements happen, it’s unclear how many students got placed, how many didn’t, what the packages were, or what the highest package was. From what I’ve seen, the placement seems to be average at best.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. Big companies and MNCs also comes in our college to hire. 90%+ students get placed. I will going to have a job after getting the degree and will not go for higher studies.

College provide us opportunity to sit in campus placement from 7th semester. There is number of companies visits in college like vipro, redhat,tcs etc. Highest package is 20-25lack per year and average is 5 lakh.my plan is to get directly campus placement.
