Remarks
I had 91 percentile in CAT 18. On the basis of percentile, i applied for LBSIM, IMT ghaziabad, IMI delhi and also shortlisted for IIM Shillong. then after giving GDPI for various colleges, I got selected in LBSIM. For LBSIM, I had two rounds for selection, first one was GD then PI.
Course Curriculum Overview
In total we had 180 students registered for PGDM general, student ratio in terms of male female would be 1.5 and teacher to student ratio would be 1:10. The faculty was quite qualified, almost every faculty were Phd. and talking about exams so PGDM is all about exams i can say that for 2 years period i have give100 exams.
Internships Opportunities
Due to the covid outbreak, many internships were canceled but still, every student managed to back internships either from college or outside the campus. the entire internship was online. so didn't got that much exposure from there.
Placement Experience
Average package would be 7-8lpa. prominent recruiters were ICICI Bank, Deliotte, EY, Asian paints,Marsh, KPMG.HDFC. also there is almost 100 percent placement since inception. from campus, I got placed in ICICI Bank and currently working here only
Fees and Financial Aid
when I took admission the fee was around 11-12 lakh for entire period. Now, i gues it is increased to 13-14 lakhs. Also there is scholarship named lalita shastri scholarship which were given to economically weaker and academically good students of amounting 50 thousand.
Campus Life
College was student-driven. there is annual fest named TATVA, after from anual fest there multple events happens on almost every months. Books were provided by institute itself. classroms were well equiped. as the campus is small and there is no ground for sports but badminton and volleyball facility was there in campus
Hostel Facilities
the hostel is 2-3 km distant from campus. the best part of college is hostel life, the food was quite good. as the college has multiple hostels so locality differs for each hostel. but still, there was everything available in the locality
Interview Experience
The preliminary test was CAT. after that there was a GDPI round. GD's topic was quite general, mine was "Is education getting commercialized". PI round was also interviewee driven and questions asked were based on CV
