Entrance Preview

I got this college by PET Exam. I have scored 68 marks in PET and after that i got this college. I opted this college because of its infrastructure and the name of college as well as its placement.

Course Curriculum Overview

My branch was Electronics and Communication Engineering. So 1st year is common for all the guys in every stream of engineering. As a Electronics and communication student all the ECE subjects were there means, related to electronics as well as communication.

Internships Opportunities

Basically they do not provide any internships but yes many companies came for the job opportunities as a Engineer, RF Engineer, Software Engineer designations.

Placement Experience

2.5

Around 40 out of 90 were placed though they are not able to provide that much good companies but at least our college is the good one in city. TCS with 3.4 package, Uniinfo with 1.8, consultadd with 3, syntel with 2.9 and many more companies were there for us.

Fees and Financial Aid

They do not provide any scholarship program but yes PET provide a good opportunity to get low fees in any college. I do not availed any load facility in college.

Admission

I have submitted all the documents which they asked during the time of admission like all mark sheets of 10th, 12th, and certificates too. and extremely important the score card of PET test of and after submitting all the required documents they allotted me seat and told me that you have to come at 25th Oct 2012.

Faculty

Mainly the faculties are Post graduates they are very good in all terms. Yes, particular subjects have different faculties. All the faculties are masters in their own subjects they are very good really. Specially our H.O.D. Mr. Kapil Bhardwaj he is very supportive to all the students.

Placement are very good the average placement package is 350000 and Mostly every big indian IT company hires fromhere tcs, infosys, cognizant etc 70% of students get placed from my batch and my plan is doing a job in IT i got placed from this college itself

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

Nice college

Placement Experience:

After completing the four-year degree, the college does provide placement, but I don’t know much about it yet because I haven’t seen many companies visiting the college. So far, I’ve only seen four or five companies. There aren’t any major companies coming in. Also, when placements happen, it’s unclear how many students got placed, how many didn’t, what the packages were, or what the highest package was. From what I’ve seen, the placement seems to be average at best.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

Placement Experience:

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. Big companies and MNCs also comes in our college to hire. 90%+ students get placed. I will going to have a job after getting the degree and will not go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

College provide us opportunity to sit in campus placement from 7th semester. There is number of companies visits in college like vipro, redhat,tcs etc. Highest package is 20-25lack per year and average is 5 lakh.my plan is to get directly campus placement.
