Entrance Preview

IIT JEE i scored 27 marks because according to my marks i m eligible for this college only and dis is the best college in my town.

Course Curriculum Overview

About the whole civil engineering in first year i studied about the basic engineering subjects like basic mechanical, basic electrical, basic computer, etc. now from the second year i m entered in my department of civil engineering now i m going to study about whole civil engineering.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies came like TCS for EC, CS, IT, and every branch except civil students no company came for civi students dey have to go out and face the interview.

Placement Experience

Last year TCS selected 150 students at 3-3.5 lakhs per annum among which 120 were marathilas because our college director is a maratha jay maratha.

Hostel Facilities

I dont know much more but boys told me that mess is very bad nd rooms are so so not good 50000 per yr cost of hostel.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Faculty

Some are very nice Ph.D holders nd have great teaching skills but some are very proudy nd dey dont even know how to teach infact how to pronounciate the word.

Course and curriculum we followed was of RGPV (Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya) which is outdated and was not in relevance with nowadays advanced technologies which was a demerit of this college.

Sunstone is planning placement for us as they promised a lest placement of 4lpa or more from the extra courses they are running and training is and also provides chances to sit in multiple interviews of companies. Companies like appzeto , even digit, Lancesoft many students git placement of 7lpa. After degree if I can get placement from sunstone sage I will get it or try to crack off campus placement.

About placement, I would say companies used to visit. If a person is serious and want to grow then he has the opportunity to face the FAAN companies only if he has scored the gpa above 9 in whole 8 semsters.

Placement Experience:

Placements at VIT Bhopal University start from the 7th semester company is like Tata Consultancy Services,Infosys and Wipro visit. Average package are 4-6 LPA with higher offers for top CSE students.Many also pursue higher studies or off Campus role.

Placement Experience:

If we talk about placement so we can say it is decent and after fourth semester students are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies visit like infosys, cognizant, ZS etc. the highest package of this college is 27 lakhs in 2024 by ZS and avg. Packing we can say it is approx 6 lakhs per annum. There is approx 60 percent of students getting placements. And my plan is taking decent placement.

Good but not Bad

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

Placement Experience:

Not much helpful in terms of placements.not very big MNC companies visit there and average packages are not much high the faculty will not guide you about placements you have to prepare on your own and apply for offline placements.

From the 7th or 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. there are too many it companies visited here like TCS Infosys etc. The highest package in this college is 8lpa. From my point of view, this college is not suitable for good campus placement.

Nice college

Remarks:

College have about 8500 student in the campus in different section of UG/PG COURSES no. Of boys bs girls are approximate equal. College start from 8 am and ends up at 2 pm with two breaks between them. Different sports are also carried out like swimming,horse riding, cricket,volleyball,football etc.
