Remarks

It's one of the only 3 govt aided architecture college in Maharashtra having well qualified faculty. Architectural education in the institute is well well reputed. But one of the bad point is very less infrastructure lesser working space available. For this intake is reduced to 20 students per batch

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty to student ratio is around 1:10 which provides personal attention of teachers to every student.Amazing teaching methods which create talented architects.One mid sem exam and final semester exams are conveyed

Placement Experience

No placements take place mostly in architecture but recommendations work a lot as getting graduated from this college is a already well reputed. Many of architectural firms in pune hire the students with a sensible salary

Fee Structure And Facilities

College being government aided, Fee Structure is quite low already. There are some sponsors who pay for hardworking students who need money. There are various schemes for purchasing laptop on in lesser money, etc.

College infrastructure is very old and campus is quiet small but the location of college is in center of the city so everything is too close. FC road, Koregaon park, MG road all the major areas in pune are just 10 minutes drive

Placement Experience:

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

While searching on internet I got to know about this course that's where I earned interest for this course that made choose this course. The practical knowledge shared by the faculty at their best helps for real life applications but still practical knowledge is gained beyond college course pattern which can be gain in internships. Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.
