Remarks

Good college. For studying. But don't have campus. Teacher are good and helping nature. The seniors are good And help in studies. But to be true i got selected in cap round and get that college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Have the old syllabus.but teacher teach new technology too Provide enough industrial exposure. The faculties is good. Helpful by nature. Always keep motivating and support when needed. sir Ar. Kanvinda is the best.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have opted for an internship i n Nagpur. For the post of assistant architect. The stipend is 1200 rs.

Placement Experience

No company visit you have to just go and apply to the firm you want. Or any other reference.Seniors all help to find jobs. And give reference to you. You call also joint your frends and form a company too.

College Events

Have good tech. Cult. And management festivals. We have fresher's party. Anual days. Celebration. Send off treat.have college exibatation.We have spots too.and have college exibatation every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Gorvement scholarships is provided. For sc,st,and obc. Or you can get the goi scholarship by applying it online. You can also apply for others scholarship too if any. Where as the fees is same as per the law.

Campus Life

Have the best library in pune. Lot sir book to read. Have a Peacefull place to seat and read. But don't have good campus. Have no wi fi. Equipments are not required in our course. But have more of statuary.

Hostel Facilities

There is no hostels facility provided. You have to find your own space to stay and for food too. You can find near bye. Flats and rooms to stay near college for rent. The food is sweet. You can get street food easily.

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Placement Experience:

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

While searching on internet I got to know about this course that's where I earned interest for this course that made choose this course. The practical knowledge shared by the faculty at their best helps for real life applications but still practical knowledge is gained beyond college course pattern which can be gain in internships. By providing more practical knowledge beyond the theory part of the course may help students greatly by learning real life experiences. Exams are usually held by morning at the college timing (9:30 am).

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.
