Remarks

BITS, VIT, MIT, NMIMS NO. 60% IN PCM that's it even if you don't have 60% aggregate in pcm you can also apply. The admission process is simple. They guide you everywhere. All options will be provided like loan and all.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love information technology that's why I choose this. There faculty advisor on every 70 students and a coordinator in every department on all faculty advisors. Around 40 to 50 percentage of faculty are PhD rest are Mtech or any similar program. There's an exam every alternate month. There's no difficulty to pass the exams if you study one night before exams you'll get 80-90%.

Internships Opportunities

Many big giants offered internships with a good stipend and it starts from the beginning of the 6th semester. In the final semester, everyone has to do the major projects and you're free from every subject on a 12 credit major project you've to do.

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. There are more than 200 companies visited every year. The highest package is about 30+ lakhs and the average is around 4 lakhs. Around 100% of students get placed every year. I'll try something different.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you've rank below 1000 you've to pay 1.25 lakh then till 10000 2.5 lakh and after that 3.5 lakh per annum. And if you belong to the top 10 of any department in which you're enrolled you'll be provided with a scholarship.

Campus Life

There are many fests are organised by different organisations but majorly MILAN and AARUSH are there. In the library, there're tons of books. You'll get wifi in every class. There's three playground and many ECA. There're different clubs running by students funding by SRM.

Hostel Facilities

Wifi daily cleaning cupboard bed. Meal quality is good menu is also fine. You can simply register for the hostel. Nearby SRM you'll find many options for rented rooms or pg or flats which suit your budget.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

SRMIST is superb in all sense!!

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
