Great college for learning

I only applied for one college and that was Vaishnav Vidhya pith but I didn't go there because of little high fees that I could afford. The admission criteria were simple, the minimum mark to get into BTech CSE was 60%. First I was given a brief tour of the college campus and after that, I went through a counseling session where the course and the fees structure were discussed.

I took BTech CSE because of the excellent future opportunities, The faculty-student ratio was 1:30. All the teachers were highly educated and experienced in their fields. So as my course was semester-wise, we had to give 3 more exams prior to the main semester exam. 1) Mid sem 1 2) Mid sem 2 3) Put The mid sem exams were pretty easy but they put to use to be a little tough because it was taken to give students a real example of how the main exam is going to be.

There were many internship opportunities that were available for students but I didn't choose to do any because I was preparing for my gate examination. Many of my friends did pay internships from the college and their experience was pretty good. And students were given such good internship opportunities many times

As soon as students enter in 6th sem they get eligible for campus placement,where a student can sit into campus placement where companies come to hire students. The companies that visited our college were Buyjus, hexawar, Microsoft,tcs Infosys, and many other reputed companies. Highest package that I had seen was 10 lakhs from buyjus and average package is about 3.6 lakhs. Minimum of 30% of students get placement. My plan is to give gate examination and to get into mtech into a highly reputed college.

The fees structure for the whole course was the same and I only had to pay 42000 per year including both semesters. There was no such thing as fees hike for my course, the fees that I paid in my first year was same that I paid in my last year too. Normal scholarship was given as I was in OBC category.

There were many fests and competitions which were held in our college like : Hackathon, tech fest, and annual celebration also used to be conducted. There is a 3-floor library in my college where all the necessary books for the students were available and even the books which were out of syllabus were kept for knowledge purpose of students. Our classroom had smart classes facility, Where the practical things were taught to students with utmost ease so that the students can understand it easily. There were many sports activities which were conducted in our college like : Sagethon in which different sports competition use to happen like cricket, football, volleyball and other major sports.
