Remarks
The admission process starts here in April. Admission forms are available on the official website. There are no interviews and tests required for admission, it is on a merit basis. For BBA 70% is mandatory in Class 12 from any stream. The college provides provision for blocking of seats beforehand by paying 25k and when the class 12 results are out the students can pay the rest amount of first year fees and get their admission confirmed after submission of original documents to the college which includes marks card, transfer certificate etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well planned and the faculties are experienced. There are many senior teachers in the BBA department with a lot of experience. Proper revision classes are organised before Semester exams. Interactive sessions are done on Saturdays by proctors. RCASC comes from Bengaluru central university. Exams are conducted on time and are of a moderate level of difficulty.
Internships Opportunities
Several internships are provided to the students in the second year by the college. The college has even tied up with embark platform to provide quality internships. Roles offered are for HR, MARKETING, SALES, ANALYST. The stipend is on a performance basis as per my knowledge
Placement Experience
After 5th semester students are eligible to get campus placements. 30-40 companies visited the campus. Including the big four, coco cola, amazon, indigo, reliance etc. The average package is 3-4 lacs per annum highest package is 6lpa. Around 40-50% of students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no fees hike policy in this college. Special scholarships are provided for reserved category students which are provided by the government. Still, I'm in my first year so not aware of the job scene. There is no job on campus with a stipend.
Campus Life
RAMAIAH is well known for its fest culture. It has one of the best campuses all over Banglore. The campus is shared by other colleges like MSRIT, MSRLC, MSR Medical college, so fests are happening around all year round in the campus of different departments. Some fests namely are UDHBHAV, KANNADARAJYOTSAVA, NIRVANA. Classrooms are well ventilated with projectors, wifi facility is provided to each student with their unique voucher code. All sports are available on campus
Hostel Facilities
There are multiple hostels of Ramaiah near the campus. Food is decent rooms are clean with 24hrs water supply 4 times food and wifi routers in each room. Room cleaning services are there just need to call them and they will arrive.
