Remarks

I applied for the Svnitar Cuttack but due to ineligible criteria of ranking, I couldn't take admission. I basically belong to the general quota so I haven't taken any quota for admission. It conducts CET test all over India level for which you have to be atleast 50% marks in 12th with biology as the main subject, then there will be counselling and based upon and the rank scored in CET you will be allocated college according.

Course Curriculum Overview

I always wanted to do something in the medical field so I had chosen the course. The faculty: student ratio is pretty good approx 1:25. Faculty are well qualified and their teaching way is good. The exam is conducted timely as per the schedule there is no delay in the process of examination, paper is a bit different can say unpredictable.

Class Size: 22Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We are the 2nd batch in our college so basically don't have much idea about placement. But there is the compulsory rotatory internship for 6 months which will be 2 months at our college and the rest 4 months that is divided into 2 months each will be placed in another 2 colleges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The admission college charged around 43000 which includes caution fees and from the second year as tution fees, it will be charged at 33000 and for mess and accommodation college will charge 48000 per annum, exam fees will be charged separately which will be around 3500.

Campus Life

Normally there is an annual fest that is conducted intra college completion usually occurs in the month of December. Normally what is essential is there are almost all the books available in the library including newspaper. But comparing to other libraries the ratio of the books are less. Class room is well equipped with a digital classroom. There is no social or political groups in our college everything is maintained by management.

Hostel Facilities

One of the best hostels, I ever observed in a government college. The views are awesome definitely you won't regret getting to the hostel. You have to compromise with food. It's a kind I think you won't like much in our college apart from everything. Hostel is usually allocated during the counseling there is no rush for getting the hostel.

Admission will be based on common entrance test conducted in the college itself. And the applicant must register prior to the end date and the form has to be posted to the institution before due date. The application form fee is 500 when I was applying. The process of admission goes in order of entrance exam then 1st counselling for selected candidates and 2 nd counselling for other set of candidates. They score candidates by categories(obc, st/sc).
