Remarks
The selection process consisted of an aptitude round followed by a Group discussion if selected in the first round. After GD, there is a PI round. GD and PI happen on the very same day. I am from the General category. I had also applied for NMIMS and SIBM, Pune but their cutoff is very competitive and is among the top MBA Schools.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because my interest is more inclined towards management and a technical job is not my cup of tea. The faculty members are highly educated like most of them are PhDs and it is a mixture of good and decent teachers. Some have a very unique way of teaching and make it extremely interactive. College is student-oriented and managed the classes and exams online since it was online due to Covid.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like ACC concrete, HDFC Life, Insplore consultants, Future Generali, JP Morgan come for the Summer Internship program. Some provide a stipend of 10000 to 15000. Some provide more of the exposure than the stipend.
Placement Experience
Once the 3rd semester begins, the students are eligible for the placement process. Students can try externally as well just by abiding by the terms and conditions of the college. Some of the companies that visit the campus are JP Morgan, Reliance Jio, Einfochips, HDFC, TCS, Deloitte etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
This Mumbai campus fee is pretty decent according to me which is 8 lakh total. And they offer scholarships to students with 8 Cgpa and more and have categorised it into the reward system. Also, in these fees, they provide all the books for all the semesters. College tries its best to get all its students placed. I would say the placement success is 90%.
Campus Life
There are alot of social clubs. Extracurricular as well as domain-based clubs. One annual fest is held every year full of dance programs, guest speakers, games, fashion shows, debate competitions etc. The Library links were also accessible to us online.
Interview Experience
GD topic that I got, all leaders can be managers but all managers cannot be leaders. Prepare for your GD by reading books, newspapers etc. For the interview, just be confident and honest and practice before you give the final interview. My interview round was a little of a grilling sesh but it was fun.
