Remarks

The admission process was quite easy. After clearing IBSAT you have to clear GD and PI which is held at the Hyderabad campus. You are awarded points after every stage according to your performance & based on your total points campus is allotted to you. Better the points, better the allotted campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very helpful. It makes students industry-ready. All the classroom discussion and Casse study Discussions enhances the knowledge of every student and also helps to improve the interpersonal skills. The faculty members are experienced and very helpful. most of them possess first-hand industry experience.

Class Size: 160Course Fees: INR 280000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Various companies visited to offer a summer internship for every stream. At least 12-15 good companies were there. (Future Generali, Re/max, Shreeram life insurance, CEAT tire). The SIP programme helps every student to become ready for the industry. After working in corporate for 3 months every student becomes more professional.

Placement Experience

99% of students were placed from my previous batch. The average package was 4.5 LPA. Every student got placed for the SIP. (Summer internship programme) Internship for every stream was provided. After 3rd-semester students become eligible for campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee payment can be done after every sem. The total tuition fee is 5'60'000. Various Scholarships are provided. Various payment modes are available. e.g NEFT, UPI, Credit card The fee is totally worth the cost.

Campus Life

The campus is equipped with a library, A.c labs, Basketball court, and Badminton court. Two different canteen area is available. The huge playground is available for all kinds of sports activities. The classrooms are spacious and well equipped.

Interview Experience

1) IBSAT Test- you have to clear the basic aptitude exam. 2) GD&PI - After clearing the first round you get invited to the Hyderabad campus for GD & PI. The whole process is very swift. The interview process starts early morning and most of the candidates are done with both rounds before lunch.

My experience so far at DBS

Likes

really like the well maintained infrastructure and classes
the practical exposure that is being provided to students
redressal cells that caters to the needs and wants of the students

Dislikes

the dress code is followed strictly throughout the week
early classes makes it difficult to attend sometimes

Placement Experience:

third semester students are eligible to sit for placements. a lot of companies have visited the campus like HCL, tech mahindra, ICICI bank, infosys etc. the highest package went up to 40 LPA in the digital marketing role whereas avg package was 8.7 LPA . around 95% students were placed on campus. I personally want to pursue PHD side by side after completing my mba from here.

Faculty is best as they were always there to help
Culture and sessions the college provide most of session such as of soft skills , and industry experts
Subject as there are many of new subject such as AI

In pgdm from 4 th semester the placement started 400+ company visited 22lacs is a highest package and average is between 7-8 lacs 90+% students will placed To work in corporate as I m targeting FMCG industry

The process of taking admission to the college is quite simple. A student have to fill an online form which is provided by the University's official site. Then after entering all the necessary details you will get admission. The main procedure of the selection is on the merit basis but almost all student got selected require they have their previous result clear.

Distance Learning Arm of UPES

Admission:

I applied for the college by filling in the detailed application form on the official website. I give the CAT exam but since I didn't got good score and I also had to continue my job I opted for a postgraduate diploma program from this university. UPES is a popular University in Uttarakhand and its distance learning arm offers variety of options in the diploma programme. After approval of my application I was asked to complete the admission formalities post which I got the admission in the program.

Best Management Institute with Affordable Fees

Remarks:

Student life as an MBA aspirant went so good with the faculty as most of them were my super seniors and with friends, I never missed my home. I did though, but in a very short period of time, they became my 2nd family. Along with this, the college had a good reputation with popular brands and organization hence, clear our path in achieving good placement with a better salary.

IBS Dehradun Review

I gave IBSAT exam and cleared it. They gave free sessions for qualified candidates so that they can give their GDPI confidently. I availed those sessions, prepared myself, and gave my interview.
