Remarks

I had applied to this college only for admission. Because I wanted admission in this college. I had availed OBC cota. Student have to get above 70 marks in MH CET for admission in this college.No age limitations for admission. Admission process was very easy. First student have to fill online form. Then by cap round, student get the college on the basis of his marks. There are 3 cap rounds in total. So if student want to change college, he can change the college with his choice in the second and third round.

Course Curriculum Overview

Civil engineering is considered to be one of the oldest branches of engineering. Civil engineering happens to be the building infrastructure of the nation. There are many opportunities in this course. So I choose Civil engineering branch. There is 1 faculty of every 15 students. Every faculty is post graduated in various fields of civil engineering. Their teaching method is very easy to understand. Every faculty member is expert in his subject. Term exams are winter semester and summer semester exams. There is about six months period between to tems. Passing criteria is student have to get minimum 20 marks out of 60 marks in written exam and 20 marks in internal assessment and mid semester examination.

Internships Opportunities

There are lots of opportunities provided by the college for internship. Many companies visited the college for internship like Sharda infrastructure and others. Many students got internship in PWD department etc. Students got placed on the road projects, some building project ect.

Placement Experience

There are a lot of placements takes place through college. Studebt of every year can participate in interview and campus process. There are many companies visited such as TCS, Infosys, cognizant etc. About 50 students got placed in these companies There are about 30-50 % of students placed in the companies. I am not interested in private job. I will prepare for government jobs after completion of degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a total of 81000 fees for Open category. 44000 for OBC category. 7000 fees for NT and tuition fees worth scheme candidates. There is 0 fees for SC nad ST candidates Scholarship from government of Maharashtra is provided to students. Many student got placed from college for jobs and paid internships. College has provided many companies for placement and internship for students

Campus Life

There is an annual feast named QASARS. It is conducted by February and March. In which student can show his talent other than study. In that many events takes place such as sports, dance, etc. In the college library, every book is available for every subject. Also, students can avail two books for the whole semester. The classroom is very well for learning. Each classroom has a projector for digital learning. Many sports competitions take place every year. Also, many extracurricular activities take place in college. The college runs various club activities like cycling club, social club, etc.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel for engineering boys was seperate. The hostel has a total of 4 floors. Every floor is seperate for every year of students. There are about 16-16 rooms on each floor. Every student gets separate cupboards. Tables and chairs were provided. The meal quality was good. The unlimited meal was provided in a mess of hostel. Hostel registration is an online process. One can apply to a hostel through the college website. There are many other rooms available in the college area for students on a rental basis. There are other private hostels also in the area.
