The admission process is really easy, it is basically based on counselling, the 1st counselling is conducted in online mode and 2nd,3rd counselling ate conducted offline in colleges itself. Your rank in the entrance test decides which college you get. Once you are allotted a seat in your desired college you can visit the college and get your admission done. You have to carry some basic documents like all previous mark sheets, id proof photocopy, bank details, you have to make 3 sets of all documents. Fill your admission form, submit all the documents, pay your fee and your admission is confirmed. The admission process is really easy. There are quotas for some students under categories such as EWS, girl students, etc. The location of the college is one of the main factors which make the choice of college for students easy, also the teachers and academics are good and placement of students are also a good rate. Various courses are offered by the college which gives a variety of choices to students opt.

There is a total of 6 semesters for regular diploma students and 4 semesters for det-l entry students. Course are very well planned by the teachers and courses are covered on time and monthly exams are also conducted. Students can choose their desired course, there are around 50-60 students in each class. Lecturers are according to the no. Of subjects. The teaching faculty is really helpful and supportive. The first 2 semesters include basic courses and the next 4 semesters are course oriented ( related to core subjects).

All final semester students are eligible for placements. Company start visiting campus from February month so students should be well prepared in advance. There is 100% placement claimed by the institute which is somewhat true but considering the reality, only 50% of students make up to get the best jobs. A very important factor playing role in this is that students should be all clear in academics and the rest depend on interviews conducted by companies. So yes placement procedure is also good. The highest package goes to around 3 lakhs. Some students plan to opt for a degree so that is also a good choice.

Fee Structure is according to semester wise. Students have to submit fees for each semester. Fee per semester is 2100rs . For ews students is 1100rs. And tuition fee is waived for girl students. A scholarship programme is also there for students who do well in their academics. The scholarship amount is nearly 1600rs and is given to the top 10 students of the class. The hostel fee for students who opt hostel is 3600rs extra for a year. All these are the fee structure. The facilities and services provided are really well. It can basically be afforded by all class peoples, which is really a good thing.

College life is really great, you get to meet a lot of new friends and get to open up yourself, it is considered that college life shapes students. So the campus life is good at government polytechnic Sonipat. Students get to interact with each other and also connect in various events conducted from time to time. Sports fest are one of the best things on the campus, there are no issues regarding sports, the team are formed for each sport for inter-polytechnic competition. One thing that you miss on the polytechnic campus is the annual fest. So this thing should be looked up to by teachers and students too. Coming to the library, students can issue 2 coursebooks from the library for their semester and for ews and sc/st students they can issue up to 6 books per semester. So it is also a good thing.

Hostel life is completely different for new students as it is the new journey for them . AsIi told hostel fee per year is 3600 rs . And mess charges are paid separately which is 1900rs per month .so the facilities for the prices are well. Mess food should be improved which is the thought of every hostel student so yes mess food should be improved. Proper no. of the bathroom are there so there is no issue in it. Students can look up for pg or room if they wish to stay out . A lot of pg and rooms are available.
