There is no entrance exam for taking admission to this college. Students should apply online form which is on the hstes official Website. On the website, students should fill the form on the basis of the 10th result, and the +2 students in the science,, stream are allowed to take admitted through lateral entry in the 2nd year. Cut marks are 35 % in 10 and 10+2. Students should fill out the form and wait for the rank list. Hstes announce rank list on hstes and thus after you can choose the college for the student and the stream which student are interested.

There is a good environment for the study and there are many branch-like mechanical, civil, electrical, electronic and communication, ceramic, etc. Teachers are good at behavior and they are well-qualified and trained teachers. In every branch, the student ratio is 70. There is a 3-year and 6 semesters clearing the Diploma which is not hard for the student.

For 5 semesters students are eligible for campus placement. The company which came this year are Coca-Cola, Maruti Suzuki, swaraj,Miyazaki. These are the company that only allows the all-clear student to sit in exams and interviews. My plan is to take a placement in Maruti.

In addition to fees, they took 5400 INR, and after that 3400 INR per semester. There is a scholarship for the top 10 students in all branches. They provide scholarships to disabled students. They provide scholarships for ST and SC students.

On campus, there is a good environment. There is a paly ground in which there is an annual sports day organized in the college. There is security for the student. They organize the fresher parties for the fresher.

There is one bed room and one study room in which 2 student are allotted. Mess food are average and not so expensive. There is offline process for the registration for the hostel. Hostel is inside the college campus.
